Estefania is a determined, self-motivated, and responsible person with more than eight years of experience in customer service especially in the banking industry. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in International Business from Florida International University. She is currently working towards a dual Master of Business Administration and Digital Marketing. She always maintains a positive attitude while working directly with clients in the fast-paced environment of the firm. She is a great team player that helps in a variety of tasks, and she is the point of contact for the clients. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
